- Tech teams should submit a TSC voting copying Jim Baker with the requested details (addition or removal of committers).request to the Coordinator (infrastructure-coordinator@onap.org) for a new committer approval
- In case of committer removal, there is no need for step #1
- wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Resources+and+Repositories Needs to be updated too with the approved information.
- Tech teams need to modify the INFO.yaml (or add a new one if it does not exist).
- Tech teams need to submit a request to helpdesk@onap.org with the Gerrit links of the INFO.yamlget this change approved and merged
- LF can be added as reviewer to look at any issues.
- After the change is merged, the LDAP groups will be updated.LF will proceed with making the changes in LDAP
