Which XACML policy engine ONAP uses ?  Is it  https://github.com/att/XACML/ ?

      The XACML related policy environment under the policy/engine repo codebase.   You'll see in that project PAP and PDP subcomponents.    The roots from policy/engine are from https://github.com/att/XACML/wiki as you have observed.
