"nexus3.onap.org:10001" is too slow to connect

Hi, experts!

I want to setting up onap of "beijing". But when I run the commond "docker pull nexus3.onap.org:10001/xxxx " there is an error like this

tailf /var/log/syslog

I tried many times but all failed.

I am in china. I'm not sure whether it's the problem of network, or an overload of the "nexus3.onap.org" website.

How can I fix this? Adding an proxy?

Any help is appreciated!

      I am working behind a proxy and I wasn't able to pull images but I had a different error "forbiden", it was due to the proxy since the 10001 port wasn't allowed but the repository is tooo slow to connect to or to pull from.
