Error to run scale and delete in UUI

I am testing VoLTE demo and successfully created the E2E service with Beijing Release. But when I run scale, I found the uui-server exited whth error.

It seemed that there is no 'relation-list' in the E2E service when the uui search it from AAI.

In  ServiceInstanceController.java  line 75, uui-server

By the way, How can I define the capabalities of scale in VNFD using tosca? Does R2 support to delete the NS?
