Portal applications and VNF configuration

Hi,

I am studying about ECOMP/ONAP and I am new to NFV field, so please, correct me if my questions don't make sense.

I am confused about;

1.) How ECOMP/ONAP integrate vendor specific implementation for generating dynamic configurations for VNFs? For example in MANO architecture; vendor specific VNFM is responsible to configure VNFs with dynamic configuration parameter values, so, is there any support provided in ECOMP/ONAP where vendor can provide its own implementation, for configuring VNFs, to integrate with APP-C.


2.) What are portal applications in ECOMP/ONAP? Are they same with Product/Service? Does VNF vendor have to develop portal application for ECOMP/ONAP, to deploy its VNF?
