Trying to publish message on SDC topic but getting error

Am i missing something in the header section? or its something environment related issue?

Currenly i am giving only Accept and Content-Type in the header.

      Please provide what version are you running and in what lab.

      did you make modifications to the configuration?

      is this error from SDC?

      please provide the full log so we will be able to understand your error.
