It may be some error of onap-so vm. After reinstall onap and sucessfully start up all the components, the error is gone.
Now close it.

MSO error while deploying service models
Just the same with the problem, when I deploy the service model, encountered the MSO failure
AAI1service has been started well
But the sdnc, nslcm service failed when I ran ./ete.sh health in robot
Any help is appreciated, thanks
