How to set the MSO log level to DEBUG?

I changed the <root level="INFO">  in logback.apihandler-infra.xml to debug. But when I check the log files after giving a service Instantiate request in VID  the DEBUG messages were not found.

Please provide a solution for getting the debug messages in MSO logs.

      MSO logs level can be changed with HTTP requests.
