Is there a way to design service not use sdc portal?

Hi all:

       I see some types in sdc like vl, cp already being there when sdc setup,  not import through sdc portal,  can the vsp or service also be like this ?

       I'm trying to find a way to create the service without the sdc portal , then when the onap sartup, the services are ready to be used by so,aai....

      sdc is a platform for creating services as such we do not preload services into the system.

      what is your use case?

        Hi Sir:

               We  want to provide customized services to users.And I am worried about that users may design incorrect services. So we want to provide the right service csar file to users,and upload them to sdc just like openo catalog does or preload them into the system.But sdc does't support import service.

               I find the robot has similer ability, I can modify the robot script and exec the demo init,is there any other way to make this ? thank you
