Hi Paulo, can you please explain if restarting the pod helped or not?

Hi Ittay,
Restarting the pod unfortunately did not work. after restarting the pod it went in running state but still getting the same error.
Also I tried a new deployment but always getting the same error.

Seems to be the same issue that I'm having (please see Not able to access VID Portal. Casablanca release). If someone knows what is the root cause/solution please let me know.

Hello,
I am using ONAP Casablanca via kubernates. In robot all my test cases passed except VID with error code 500!=200 and when I open up VID tab in ONAP Portal it show HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error
I have check all pods and container for vid . There is no error.
I have attached a screenshot of VID portal , pods description and logs.
Please suggest me how to proceed with this issue.

Were you able to proceed with this issue? I tried another deployment recently but the issue the problem persists. I have deployed it using oom, kubernetes, in a openstack mitaka.
if you or anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed I would be grateful.
