I am a novice user. What does ./demo.sh init do? Can it be done from GUI? If yes, which role of the user should be used? How does "Service Instance" relate to ETSI

      demo.sh init preloads cloud regions, customer info etc into ONAP. There is no gui for it in the 1.0.0 release. ONAP does not follow the ETSI model (as of now)
