Provide a Cloud Mediation Layer supporting multiple infrastructures.
Features and functionality for R2:
1. Implement backward compatibility with APP-C, DCAE, SDN-C, SO, and VF-C
2. Expose Life cycle management for VNF resources (VM/Tenant/image/heat...), Fcaps support, and other functionality reuqired for R1
3. Registry/unregistry of VIM providers
1.Implementation for Alerts, Events and Atomic Object (Host, VM etc.) Metrics to bring value to DCAE and near-real-time closed loop policies such as
2.Implementation for Aggregate Object (Tenant, Cluster etc.) Metrics to bring value to OF in the areas of adaptive workload placement, global closed loop policies such as auto scaling etc.
