1. Use the files in {https://gerrit.onap.org/r/50409}
   
   
   1. Run make all in the local kubernetes directory.
      
      
   2. Run the appropriate helm install or helm upgrade command based on your OOM environment.
   
        c.   If performing a helm upgrade, run kubectl pod delete <appc-x instance pod name> for each appc pod instance.
