Maven The most current settings.xml file is located in ~/.m2/settings.xml 20170512 note addition of the 5th repo which will resolve some libraries in maven central that don't proxy through releases/snapshots repos that you should use to build ONAP can be found in the oparent repo at https://nexusgit.onap.org/contentoparent/repositories/public, we also need the staging repo for some log handling versions.settings.xml

Some notes on the settings.xml:
- The use of the staging repo has been eliminated with the rollout of https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Independent+Versioning+and+Release+Process in Sept. 2017.
If you are behind a proxy you can add a proxy section to your settings.xml
