Project ID: Unique ID identifying the project. Project ID reflects how the project is commonly named in the day to day converstion. This is used to compose the "Sub-Components Repository name" and "Maven Group ID". Project ID can be (but not necessary) the JIRA Project Name or JIRA Key. necessarily be the same as the JIRA Key)
