2. we need to start the refrepo and validation migration for Java 11. Weitao Gaowill double-check with RM if this is mandatory or not.

1. SDC doesn't support MSB and VTP doesn't support DMaaP. we must configure the VTP IP somewhere to let sdc to access VTP.
2. Domain Name could be an option. 
3. we can follow how OOM make SDC can access VTP by helm configuration.
