The functional test case should be able to perform the following:
- Perform Health Check on all the Policy components
- Drools PDP
- XACML PDP
- PAP
- BRMSGateway
- Import/Load the Use Case Template
- Create the Configuration Policies for each Use Case Control Loop DCAE Components
- Create the Operational Policies for each Use Case Control Loop
- Load the Drools Controller Configurations
- Deploy ALL the configuration and operational policies to the PDP Engines
- Simulate DCAE Control Loop Event for each Use Case
- Simulate APPC/VFC Response for each Use Case
