- We could provide more than one base image
- The key is the "FROM" in a Dockerfile
- What's important is the process
- PTLs should be able to select base image and select packages
- Need to talk about base images as a community effort
- Sylvain Desbureaux agrees that in the long term we need to tackle
- mentioned that we want to be cautious but we need to make it easy to build ONAP also
