NOTES

  • Christophe Closset  - ability to create single basic VM in windriver with micro-k8s, no NFS storing shared data locally. Takes 40minutes to do a full, eg what Christophe decides to deploy. Cannot deploy whole ONAP, but could have several running with certain pieces of each component to fit inside a single VM. 2nd option to try a dual-node cluster running on same compute node in OpenStack, thus could run most of ONAP.
    • For Policy, Jorge Hernandez there is a significant reduction in components due to removal of legacy components etc. Installed in PFPP lab, did not notice any problems in performance. Can expose the ports.
    • For DCAE, Vijay Venkatesh Kumar have a similar setup in dcae tenant.
    • Goal is to install onto the same VM, to start pairwise testing. Christophe Closset needs override values, tweaks in charts, etc.
      • no docker containers, using container-d
      • using local file system vs NFS
  • Morgan on Integration team is tasked to deploy ONAP to an Azure lab to run the full-blown use cases and will be regularly updating that azure instance each week.
  • Regarding SDC review: https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/sdc/+/112616
    • Pamela Dragosh  will go ahead and push a review to put the Policy Types into policy framework as preloaded policy types.
  • Dariusz Bursztynowski and Andrzej Denisiewicz from Orange - working on CLAMP. Plan to converge vFirewall use case. Need to understand the model behind CLAMP.
  • Pamela Dragosh  - reminder for call for help to work on future roadmap requirements in Control Loop: Control Loop Sub Committee Working Requirements and Future Roadmap
