I have done OOM based ONAP deployment. But i am always getting appc health case as failed.

Please help me to find whats wrong here.
and also when deployment is done, all appc pods will be running, and in ansible-server pod , i have found README, do i need to execute the commands found in README in this pod??? when i tried excecuting, till running ansible server it was fine, but when i ran python RestServer.py, it was showing an error 0.0.0.0 port 8000 is not avilable, is this means server is already running?? if yes then why health is failing?
