Jim has been an active contributor on the Policy Framework for many years. He has been a valuable contributor to all parts of the framework as well as to other projects in ONAP. In addition to always completing his own work to an excellent standard, He has a particular eye for improving code, submitting many reviews that improves both the quality and readability of code. In addition and is an excellent code reviewer and never hesitates to help others if they have issues.
