Notice:

For the first time, you need to enter from the North Gate.
After you obtain the Delegate Badge, you could show it to the security staff to enter via any entrance.

  • When?

    • It is suggested to arrive to the gate 20 Minutes before the meeting time.

  • Where?
    • The Visitor Registration Office is in the North Gate on the right.
  • How?
    • Show the staff the event Contact name in Chinese ?? ???????
    • Then you will receive a Visitor Card
  • Notice
    • The security guards in black uniforms will forbid you to enter if you don't get the visitor card first.


After you obtain a visitor card, you could enter into the Innovation Building.

In the lobby, choose the Low Area Elevator on the left side to the 16th floor. And please show your visitor card to the security staff in white uniform, she will help you to enter the gate to elevators.

The Meeting Room may change but is currently set to Room 908.

    What is the recommended dress code for this event/location?

    Also, the Chinese did not cut-and-paste into here.  Do you still have the link to the original presentation?

      Outside temperature  is 32-35, it's really dry hot.

      But inside building temperature is around 27-28,

      most people are short sleeve shirt, I guess that casual should be fine
