Support of recent Kubernetes

Frankfurt release was not able to be deployed on kubernetes >1.16.

Guilin release still supports 1.15.x version but all versions up to 1.19

Support of Helm v3

Frankfurt release was not able to be deployed on helm 3

Guilin release still supports helm v2.16.x and v2.17.0 but also helm 3.3.x

Helm3 support is still experimental and requires use of postgresql as release storage backend (see https://helm.sh/docs/topics/advanced/#sql-storage-backend)

Limits / requests for deployments

all pods are now using requests/limits

Logs to STDOUT

Several deployments are now logging also to STDOUT, simplifying log collection process: AAI, SO, SDNC, OOF, ...

More automatic certificates retrieval

VID, SDNC, SDNC, SO and CLAMP are now using automatic certificates retrieval

Moving dedicated databases to shared ones

VID is now using the shared mariadb database

Better Ingress support

Some bugs have been resolved in order to have a better support of Ingress.

it's now an "official" deployment way

SO chart cleanup

SO chart has been revamped in order to support automatic certificate retrieval, better compliance with helm.
