Once the VSP is submitted, it will be view on Import VF window.
When clicking on the import VSP button user will be directed to a VF editing page where he can create a VF
In the code interface org.openecomp.sdcrests.vsp.rest.Network handles REST APIs for CRUD commands.
Pressing the Create button will call the catalog REST API post command “/sdc1/feProxy/rest/v1/catalog/resources”
