Summary
Policy Framework interacts with CDS in order to execute the decided control loop action, as a remedy to fix the problem identified by the analytics application.
The intention for pairwise testing is to make sure the contract between Policy & CDS is intact and working as expected.
To limit the scope of testing, an onset event will be directly injected in the required dmaap topic to trigger the policy instead of it coming from DCAE.
Also, the CBA for CDS has been designed to have very minimal logic to reply back to Policy with success & failure cases.
