3. DCAEGEN2-3031 -PM-mapper OOM config switched to unauthenticated.PERFORMANCE_MEASUREMENTS under OOM review; SliceAnalysis & KPI changes merged in OOM; Sliceanalysis require further chart update to remove AAF (DCAEGEN2-3034);  DR dependency on HTTPS to be tracked via separate JIRA (DMAAP-1714).
