Majority of EPIC's progress are >90% >95% with exception of following EPIC 

    1. LF ticket to troubleshoot jenkins failure  - WIP (https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/theme/portal/2/IT-24487)
    2. Tox and docker execution validated; open comments on patch to be addressed. Decision on container release will be done based on when outstanding comments will be resolved.

09/27/22 - Based on email from Ahila P  - ML ms contribution will be deferred to London. REQ/EPIC to be updated accordingly.
