R5 El Alto Release
EUAG recommendation is has decided that R5 El Alto will be a "maintenance/technical debt" release.

The El Alto release could will be shortened and focus (3-month cycle) and focused on internal (tech) debt and defect backlogs. A proposed release cycle is presentedAnd every 5th ONAP release will be a maintenance release.
PTLs had taken short cuts to meet deadlines, working but want to make the platform more robust. PTL driven code fixes and code hardening.

SUMMARY: what this means for the 5G U/C S/C ... in R5 there's no new content being introduced, no new Use Cases. Thus, nothing in any of our 5G U/Cs would be worked, but rather pushed to R6 Frankfurt.
