VES & YAML format
Format of the PM Dictionary will be updated. PM Dictionary YAML file will be restructured to contain one YAML document per measurement. All measurement YAML documents will be contained in the same PM Dictionary YAML file. This aligns more closely to the way FM fault events and FM Meta Data are specified and makes it easier to display and use the PM Dictionary content. This change requires updates to the VES Event Registration Specification section 3.3.
