Note on inter-project linking with Intersphinx
To link to an external document you must use Intersphinx now.
One issue I've encountered is that if the URL path in the external document has spaces, intersphinx does not seem to work. This seems to be a known issue and will be fixed in an upcoming release of Sphinx. If this happens and there is no suitable reference label in the external document, then our only recourse is to provide the full URL in our RST for now.
