, Usecase UI team thought the deadline of committing the functional codes was RC0 because there was nothing about configuration to be updated, but OOM team thought it was too late

after M3,

because the deadline of merging functional codes should be M3, and also the new UUI NLP module had several problems, so we decided to postpone the merge date of UUI NLP
