  • AAI reverse engineering discussion:
    • PNFD model mapping (ETSI DM → SDC AID / AAI schema) by Jacqueline (https://wiki.onap.org/download/attachments/68541669/PNFD%20param%20mapping%202019-08-05.pptx?api=v2)
      • PNFD model is referencing IFA014
      • location information: ETSI DM references IETF RFC4776, may proper for indoor NFs, not for outdoor NFs; AAI use "complex" (How-To: Register a VIM/Cloud Instance to ONAP) to describe location info, including coordinates which are not used in IETF, proper to describe cloud regions, not sure for PNFs, seems to be suitable for US regionssome properties are more US-style as compared to the IETF RFC and needs adaption if used to describe other countries' location info
      • need to check use case if certain properties are useful, which are relevant to automation (if it's the orchestrator who needs these info, or it's more for inventory things)
      • if needs to add a new object to reflect ETSI/IETF spec
      • location could be a potential topic for infrastructure information model
  • Modeling Process:
    • skipped due to short of time
  • Papyrus topic:
    • the originial intent is to update papyrus/eclipse version to support a reverse engineering plugin
    • however, AAI has evaluated that the plugin is not that useful
    • on the other hand, current papyrus has some bugs, and a new version may be necessary
    • Papyrus meeting will be held this Wednesday to discuss if/when to upgrade papyrus version
