Tested latest docker images for dev.  documentation steps stopping/starting, etc .. for local dev environments (after exec changes bringing up PDP-D) - OK

Reinstalled lab with latest images, sanity testing (pfpp running in previous released version) - issues with helm deploy and changes in overrides in the integration branch - will follow up on it.

Basic sanity tests in our latest release - API-PAP-PDPs path OK, create + deploy of policies.

Further debug xacml in k8s under call load, the problems are not seeing anymore after reducing the log level to "error".    Each worker node installation must be configured to support log rotation, docker can be configured for that, otherwise there will be problems.

72 hour run xacml pdp issues - around 20 times evicted xacml pods and ~10% failures.   Debugging it seems related to running out of disk space in kubernetes (side effects perhaps of sending logs to stdout for kubectl logs).
