Windriver labs unresponsive - try to recover VMs, but couldn't as they were in the ERROR state, and not authorized with nova operations.   Created OPENLAB ticket.   Blocking testing for Frankfurt POLICY-2678 OOM changes testing.

Spend time looking at tdjam contributions, and necessary infrastructure to support DMN controllers in the near future.

POLICY-2673:  exec pdpd option (compatible with existing background options) - merged (kubectl logs).    This work would also be needed by the REQ Ajith is working on to exit on error, as JVM process will run by default in lab installs in the foreground.   This works in in drools-pdp image.
