Purpose of this wiki page

As per the ONAP working procedures there should be a yearly election of the security sub-committee chairperson.  Formally this is the ONAP security coordinator as well as the security sub-committee chairperson and formally the chair of the vulnerability management sub-committee.

There will be a single vote to select a chair and vice chair.

Voting will follow the recommendations described on: Voting Best Practices  

IMPORTANT: For the 2019 Election cycle all members please do the following:

  • Verify your name, company and the email address subscribed to the  onap-seccom mailing list is correct. 

  • Edit the page and add an X in the verified 2019 column. 

  • If you are your company's voting representative this time, please update the "2019 Voter Status" column.

Entries with a blank verified column will be removed from the membership list after EoD Nov. 27th.

Your subscription to the mailing list will remain intact.


Voter Status Legend for Voting Purposes

Green: Member is fully qualified to vote Section 4.4.1.3

  • Default- the only member qualified to vote from that company
  • Delegate- selected by the company as their representative  - this may need to be updated
  • If no delegate has been designated by the time balloting starts, the representative will be chosen by the LF in the following order of precedence:
    • TSC- assigned the representative based upon TSC membership
    • PTL- assigned the representative based upon being a PTL
    • Committer- assigned the representative based upon being a Committer
    • List Member- assigned the representative based upon being a subcommittee mailing list member
    • Coin-flip- assigned the representative based upon a random selection method chosen by the PM

Yellow: More than 1 company member is qualified as per Section Section 4.4.1.3

  • Company should choose a representative from the list of members.
  • If no delegate has been designated by the time balloting starts, the representative will be chosen in this order: TSC Member, PTL, Committer, mailing list member, coin-flip.

Red: Member is qualified as per Section Section 4.4.1.3 but there is an issue. Either:

  • Your entry may be in conflict with one or more other members from your company

Blue: Member is not qualified for ballot as per Section 4.4.1.3

The member's name was added to Membership list after v-xxx of this page This occurred after the Nomination process was started by the LF and therefore the representative is not qualified to vote in this year's election.
