The ONAP project uses standard GNU Mailman list management tools to configure and maintain the mailing lists associated with the project. Mailman is free software for managing electronic mail discussion and e-newsletter lists. Mailman is integrated with the web, making it easy for users to manage their accounts and for list owners to administer their lists. Mailman supports built-in archiving, automatic bounce processing, content filtering, digest delivery, spam filters, and more.  See the Mailman FAQ for additional information.

Usage

  1. Be sure to be a registered member of the mailing list. Otherwise your message will required approval by Community Moderator and thus your message will be delayed. This happens frequently when people click on "Reply" in email without checking if they are registered member.

  2. DO NOT have more than 10 recipients. Otherwise your message is considered as a Spam and will required approval by Community Moderator and thus your message will be delayed.

Before you press "Send"

  • Check there is no more than 10 recipients.
  • Be sure to belong to the mailing list.

In both cases, Mailman will not consider your message and it will need moderator review (and thus impacting your effort)
