@jeremy & Stephen Gooch meeting @ 4 EST to go over Openstack install
vpn and openstack - passwds are not synced. - only a one time login issue.
Need to ensure that communications highlight the fact that the
new user process to get the account opened - try to get the things set up correctly
Once onboarded rarely need assistance beyond that. Usually point users to the PTL for anything specific

end users responsible for setting up ci/cd - should simply need to point jenkins at the new lab
Stephen Gooch will attend the PTL meeting on 21 Mar 2022 to discuss process
for now send a request to the lab support list. Ultimately want this linked to Jira.
