Enable multi-cpu architecture support, reduce the image footprint.

-Verify Ubunto is current base image, move to Alpine

VSP Certification queryThe certifications query, in its final architectural form, will route requests to OPNFV. For Dublin, OPNFV is a static web site with no REST API. The certification query and compliance test API calls, for Dublin, will be routed to VTP. VTP supports the ability to plug-in testing endpoints. There will be endpoints added in Dublin for these compliance tests, certifications test queries in addition to the existing testing endpoints that are being built into VTP.

  1. user-063b3 can you share a PM dictionary example file ? I'd like to review its structure. Thanks

  2. James Guistwite I understand VTP can work with different test endpoints.

Do you plan to have VTP ready in Dublin, with some built in endpoints? Will it all be delivered as part of VNFSDK?

What are the tests endpoints that you will deliver in Dublin?

    1. To summarize what was discussed on the call, we are working with Kanag on the VTP team to ensure that the APIs we need will be available in Dublin.  VTP exposes HTTP, SNMP and process based executions today.  The two compliance tests in this effort will be using HTTP.  They will sit along side the other tests defined in VTP.   We will implement an API to an external registry of certification data, test it in Dublin, but disable that feature until OPNFV is ready with an API.
