Background description

This relates to resolving the bug to remove all the GPLv3 components in the docker image( OPTFRA-853 - Getting issue details... STATUS ). This involves moving to the integration baseline image and removing any GPLv3 components being installed on top of it. We don't have sufficient resources for CMSO project in OOF. HAS is already using the integration baseline image. So identifying and removing the GPLv3 components should be sufficient. For OSDF, it is a bit difficult to move to integration baseline image, since the image build time is increasing drastically. Some refactoring has to be done before moving to the integration baseline image.

For CMSO, we are looking out for resources who can help us this issue

For HAS, we are working on identifying and removing the components which could possibly be completed before the release

For OSDF, we are working on modifying the current project structure which might help us in reducing the build time when we use the integration base image. But this cannot be completed within this release
