    The plan be completed，I’m sorry to remind you that the final recovery plan and my response at the PTL meeting have changed a little bit


    Here is the detail：

    1、COMPLETION OF JAVA LANGUAGE UPDATE (v8 → v11) 

     Plan to implement in Instanbul ，the original plan was to be completed in RC0, But after evaluating the workload and considering that I did not create the  OOM review with updated container image，so change to Instanbul.


    2、CONTINUATION OF PACKAGES UPGRADES IN DIRECT DEPENDENCIES

      Plan to implement in RC0， I am contacting Krzysztof Opasiak  to solve the blocking problem metion in https://wiki.onap.org/x/nCDaB

    Based on above feedback SECCOM recommends TSC to approve the exaception based on the MSB project commitmnet to upgrade to Java 11 in Instanbul release.
