| Review proposal for division between wiki and RTD | Andreas and Thomas created a Wiki-Page with brainstorm results (DOC Challenges and Proposals), and ask for feedback. Encourage all doc project members to review the proposal and we will meet during Prague to finalize the proposal before bringing it to the TSC. Aiming for having the approval early next year. |

| Builds are still failing | Andreas Geissler to open a ticket to help desk. Not yet solved, need to be followed up on with Jessica. 2019-12-19 - Update All issues on our side has been solved however issues are remaining on RTD side. Last build that passed was November 13th. Jessica to open a ticket to RTD and Sofia to find a contact person. |
