Jack Lucas  - Try with latest/current plugin version to check if any issue noted; resync next week to determine if plugin update required.

01/27/2021 - Current code/version works.  k8s.1.20 released in Dec'20 - this does not require explicit ipv6 setting; when ONAP switches to this version - plugin can be enhanced and also Jack's comment w.r.t to naming conflict/confusion be addressed along.
