Followup from last week discussion - Confirmed with SECCOM to go with 9.0.46; all corresponding jira's updated


Original Recommendation : 9.x latest is 9.0.46 however 10.0.6 is most current/latest.Try upgrade to latest version (10.0.6) for Istanbul

Issue: tomcat10.x package javax.servlet has been moved to  jasper.servlet which is currently not supported on spring framework
