Status check for M3/M4

Istanbul M3/M4: 

• Changes related to new feature/enhancements will not be accepted post 09/01
• Gerrit Submissions marked in WIP must be opened up for review by 09/10 for consideration into Istanbul release
• Component release files submission will be accepted until 09/13 (corresponding blueprint revision and OOM submission to be made by 09/15) - see next item for bootstrap revisions

Bootstrap/blueprints updates

• 3.3.4 to be released 09/01 and corresponding OOM submission to be done
  • PRH - DONE
  • DL Feeder/DES - under review
• All subsequent blueprint updates will be under 3.3.5 (targetted for release ~9/10)

Review Istanbul delivery - The CLAMP Kubernetes Participant

Comments/Future consideration

• Consider k8s participant delivery into onap/oom; this will be useful to migrate existing testsuite (which rely on cloudify flows)
• CLAMP CL flow testsuite to be changed to use new flows
• Pmsh configuration/http-participant design should not rely on consul as this will be deprecated in J release

Per Marcin/Samsung, these issue are not blocking and jira's created are for future VEScollector improvements.  As we are closing on Istanbul release, these jiras will be changed to task/story and will be evaluated for subsequent point/J release based on resource availability
