Discussion of London release requirements.

[CPS-1407] Update CPS DB based on CM VES message for SON Use Case - ONAP JIRA

Focus was on the flow for update of CPS DB. Thanks to Toine Siebelink and Tony Finnerty for joining the call so that we could discuss the best way to interface with CPS. Thanks also to Ahila P and Kevin Tang for information of the work planned as part of Slicing use case.

Discussion and outcome is captured in Config Update in CPS DB based on RAN CM VES Message - Developer Wiki - Confluence (onap.org) 

Tarashree Mulge will participate in CPS calls to track work needed for the SON use case. 

Requirements will be presented in Req. Call on 12/19.
