Distribution is now working. The previous two errors are fixed:
- AAI deploy error: the order of start vm1_aai and vm2_aai matters. Vm2 holds the HBase and needs to be up first. We restarted all the docker containers in vm1 (and subsequently use robot to preload AAI) and thus fixed these errors.
- MSO deploy error: manually fixed MariaDB tables inside SO and the distribution went through.
Instantiation still has an error caused by SO recipe: https://jira.onap.org/browse/SO-192
