I contributed some changes and would like a release 1.5.0 artifact to be cut. I am specifically interested in https://gerrit.onap.org/r/gitweb?p=logging-analytics.git;a=blob_plain;f=reference/logging-slf4j/pom.xml;hb=refs/heads/master.Can an individual contributor cut their own release artifact? If not what is the proper process?
