      • architecture recommend that: " 'xNF capacity and feature license management is outside of the scope of the ONAP functionality.' for now." (2019-10-08 ONAP Architecture Meeting)
      • Ericsson and Nokia don't have the use case where license control the instance numbers
    • further discussions (dedicate meeting or in resource IM call or with use case subcommittee) are expected before asking for poll
