  2. Allotted Resource relationship in Network Slicing
    Allotted Resource for Network Slicing
Allotted Resource Revised for Network Slicing

Minutes

  1. Agenda Bashing
Add the topic to discuss CST and Service profile relationship in E2E Network Slicing case implementation.
  2. ETSI Network Service for 5G Network Slicing
    1. Latest updates relate to transport network about how transport should be configured, how to connect with RAN network and so on. Fred has updated the diagram with introducing edge 5G Network Slice Subnet template, and given an example workflow of adding a new uRLLC Slice including transport.
    2. Edge 5G NSD includes the description of FH Links,  Control networks, Data networks and so on, and refers to RAN 5G NSD and UP 5G NSD. Data network is for local environment information, like connectivity.
    3. C NSSI and Edge NSSI are at the same level, while there can be 1 or 2 types of NSSMF to support, it can be many ways, depending on implementation.
    4. For modeling, it can be ONAP service for slice and slice subnet, then refers to ETSI NSD. ONAP templates can include configuration and policy.
  3. Allotted Resource relationship in Network Slicing
    1. A new page for this topic has been created, and a new Jira ticket may be needed for it.
  4. CST and Service profile relationship in E2E Network Slicing case implementation
    1. If we have 2 domain subnet slices creation requirement, we can design new NST just includes 2 subnet domain NSSTs to support in design time.
    2. Consider the scenario of one slicing requirement just for 2 subnets firstly, while later it has additional requirements for the third domain subnet creation, in this scenario, there includes 2 process, the first time is to call allocateNSI, the second time should call modifyNSI and give the new NST including 3 domains. Then during modifyNSI process, NSMF can call allocateNSSI to extend. During the modifyNSI process, user can give its new slicing requirements.
