    PNF Simulator team is working on enhancements in the simulator - e.g. to support certain notification events.
    Based on that the config.json file contents will be changed to define editable parameters:

    1. Belonging to CommonHeader 
    2. Belonging to PNF_Registration domain
    3. Belonging to Noticiation domains.

    According to the config.json, setting these parameters should send 10 VES Notifications one second apart

    "testDuration": "10",
    "messageInterval": "1"

    But when I check the VESCollector log (opt/app/VESCollector/logs)  I only see two VES Notifications were sent from the Simulator to  VES
